BAP, Great British Chefs Team Up to Promote Responsible Aquaculture
Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), a third-party certification program developed by the Global Seafood Alliance (GSA), has partnered with Great British Chefs in a new campaign launched June 15 aimed at raising awareness and understanding of the BAP label.
