Court Closes NRDC Lawsuit That Forced MMPA Seafood Import Rules Into Effect

The federal lawsuit that compelled the US government to implement long-dormant Marine Mammal Protection Act import restrictions on seafood has been formally closed, with a judge ruling that nothing remains to adjudicate.
